Shamanic retreat on Lamma Island, Hong Kong

Explore what it means to relax with Shamanic practice, yoga, meditation & a gong bath in a relaxing weekend on Lamma. Led by an established practitioner, Mark Nelson, our small group will learn about what Shamanism is and journey to the spirit words. When we’re not on a journey, we’ll be celebrating the body by nurturing it with grounding through yoga, meditation & incredible vegetarian food.
